Instructions to Join the Livestream

Joining from a Computer

If you are joining from a computer simply click the livestream link. A new window will open. You can click “join using your browser” and the meeting will open.

Joining from a Phone with the RingCentral App

If you are joining from a phone you will have to download the RingCentral App first. Clicking the link the first time should send you to the app store where you can download the RingCentral App.

After you have it downloaded you can click the livestream link again and the meeting will open up in the app you just downloaded. You don’t have to create a user account, you only need to download the app.

Clicking the livestream link should redirect you to download the app if you don’t have it, but just in case here are the direct links to download the app:

Type a Question

If you have a simple question you can click on “chat” to type your question.

Participate in Video or Audio

Participants are muted and without video by default. If you have a more in depth question or feed back you can click on “reactions” and then click “raise hand”. This will let Ronnie know that you would like to be unmuted to ask your question.
